They are a Non Profit Organization that assists those with rare disorders. They can be reached at www.rarediseases.org
A commercial site that charges a fee for some of their information is www.centerwatch.com , they have listings on clinical and drug trials that are currently under way. www.clinicaltrials.gov is also a very informative site and is free.
